Processing service for automotive retail software

Paperwork goes in. Clean data comes out.

web•X•intelligence is the processing layer that sits behind dealership software. When a platform needs a document read, a credential checked, a photo identified, or a call written up, it sends the item to web•X•intelligence and gets structured fields back in seconds.

Capabilities

Built for the documents a dealership actually handles

Every job runs through the same pipeline, so a platform integrates once and gets the whole set.

Document reading

Driver licenses, insurance cards, registrations, pay stubs, titles, and signed forms. Text is located, read, and mapped to named fields rather than dumped as one block.

Credential checks

Expiration dates, name and address agreement across documents, barcode and machine readable zone parsing, and flags when a scan looks altered or unreadable.

Image and vehicle recognition

Plate and VIN capture from a phone photo, odometer reads, damage and condition notes, and automatic cropping so vehicle photos come back ready to publish.

Call and conversation transcription

Phone calls and voicemails come back as readable transcripts with speakers separated, plus a short summary and the follow up items that were agreed to.

Contact validation

Addresses are standardized to postal format, phone numbers are checked for line type and reachability, and email is tested before a campaign spends money on it.

Structured delivery

Results arrive as named fields with a confidence value on each one, so the platform can fill what it trusts and route the rest to a person for a quick look.

How it works

One request, one answer, no detours

The platform sends the item

A photo, a scan, an audio file, or a record. It travels over an encrypted connection with a job type attached so web•X•intelligence knows what is being asked.

web•X•intelligence processes it

The job runs through the pipeline matched to that item type. Confidence is scored field by field, and anything the pipeline is unsure about is marked rather than guessed.

Structured fields come back

The requesting platform receives named values it can write straight into a record, along with the score for each one and a job reference for the audit trail.

Security and handling

Customer paperwork deserves careful handling

The material that runs through web•X•intelligence is some of the most sensitive a dealership holds. The handling rules are written around that.

  • Encrypted in transit and at rest. Connections are TLS only, and stored material is encrypted on disk.
  • Separated by account. Every job is tagged to the account that submitted it, and results are only ever returned to that account.
  • Kept only as long as needed. Source files are held for the retention window the platform sets, then removed.
  • Not sold, not shared, not resold. Submitted material is processed for the requesting platform and nothing else.
  • Every job is logged. Each request carries a reference, so a dealership can be told exactly what was read and when.

Common questions

What people ask first

I saw web•X•intelligence named on a screen in my dealership software. What is it?

It is the processing service your software sent an item to. When a document is scanned, a photo is read, or a call is written up, that work runs through web•X•intelligence and the result is written back into your record. The label tells you where the reading happened.

Does web•X•intelligence keep our customer documents?

Source files are held only for the retention window your software provider sets, and then they are removed. They are never sold, shared with other accounts, or used to build a resale product.

Can we get web•X•intelligence directly?

web•X•intelligence is sold through the platforms that build on it rather than one seat at a time. If you build dealership software and want processing behind it, write to us and we will walk through the request format with you.

How accurate is the reading?

Every field comes back with a confidence value instead of a flat yes. Strong reads can be written automatically, and weaker ones can be routed to a person for a two second confirmation. That choice belongs to the platform, not to us.
